However, sometimes Mother Nature’s leafy green jacket is simpler and sexier than just about any MD’s stiff white coat. Here’s a few non-pill or prescription home remedies for treating some common waiting room motivators.

Ceylon Cinnamon is a tree bark that helps control blood sugar levels. It increases insulin sensitivity and increases your metabolism. Make sure to purchase “CEYLON” Cinnamon. Cassia Cinnamon, which is what you sprinkle on your oatmeal, is great tasting, but is mightier on your fresh breath than your glucose levels.

💥BITTER MELON

Bitter Melon is a fruit that reduces your blood sugar levels, and increases your metabolism.
